How long does the training session last?

Each Fast Fit EMS session includes a powerful 20-minute workout designed for maximum results. Will I be able to follow along with the trainer?

Absolutely. At Fast Fit, each client is paired with a dedicated Personal Trainer from day one. Your trainer is fully informed about your fitness goals, body composition, and lifestyle, ensuring a tailored and supportive experience every step of the way. While you’re welcome to request a different trainer at any time, staying with your assigned trainer often leads to stronger progress and better results.

What is your cancellation policy?

All Fast Fit subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable after 24 hours from the date of purchase. To cancel or reschedule a session without penalty, members must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being deducted from your package.

How much is it per session?

The initial Introductory Session at Fast Fit EMS is priced at 249 SAR. However, it’s free of charge if you purchase any Fast Fit EMS subscription on the same day. You can also receive a 20% discount by booking the introductory session online.

Can I pay session by session?

Fast Fit EMS programs are customized fitness plans designed around your goals, fitness level, and health condition. To begin seeing results, we recommend a minimum of 4 to 6 consecutive EMS sessions. While our fitness plans start from 4 sessions and above—offering personalized training, nutrition guidance, and regular consultations—you can also purchase individual sessions. However, single sessions do not include the benefits of a full fitness plan.
